Couples Counseling

My approach, rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), helps couples identify the negative patterns that lead to disconnection. I emphasize that the *process* of how you argue and fight is often more crucial than the specific *content* of your disagreements. Through couples therapy, the goal is to identify and interrupt these destructive patterns, helping you maintain connection even during difficult conversations, and ultimately leading to increased emotional intimacy.
